MDW developed a strategic analysis cell to provide senior leadership with talented staff, quick response, defined process, and a knowledge archive to ensure that critical issues were analyzed, vetted, and summarized in a method that provided senior Agency leadership operational information that could be acted upon. This was critical based on mission of the Agency and critical reporting requirements to external stakeholders.
MDW’s role is to provide key financial services supporting accounting, financial and program management functions to the U.S. Navy.
U.S. Naval Education & Training Command (NETC) is the global leader in rapid development and delivery of effective, leading edge training for naval forces. They require professional guidance and recommendations on improvements to accounting and financial system policies, processes, procedures and other documentation to ensure the efficient utilization of finite resources and build on past successes in financial integrity.
Providing the right talent on-site with the experience necessary to objectively research current accounts, historical data, source documents, etc., and develop documentation to provide a detailed information record and explanation not otherwise readily available. Further, they provide interpretations and suggestions based on their extensive working knowledge of NETC’s accounting systems leading to improved financial integrity.
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) provides, operates, and assures command and control, information sharing capabilities, and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint warfighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of operations.
MDW’s role is to provide Information Assurance (IA), Information Systems Security and Traditional Security support.
Ensuring data is routinely accessible but protected from unauthorized use while also seamlessly preventing attacks.
MDW’s IA subject matter extpertise ensures the right protections are in place to protect and defend information and information systems.
