MDW employees are expected to report any safety or security concerns to the appropriate authority and to their supervisor. Any employee is permitted to report any condition, action or process which adversely effects safety or security. MDW advocates a proactive culture of reporting and pledges that no disciplinary action will be taken against any employee for reporting a safety or security occurrence or hazard except in cases of willful noncompliance with or intentional disregard of regulations, company procedures, or client facility standards or when a criminal act has been committed.
